About Us
Today's world can be full of stress, confusion, and anxiety. Our mindful and holistic approach to psychotherapy can assist you in formulating a more satisfying and functional lifestyle. Ongoing research shows that re-framing perceptions, habits, and behaviors can result in a more peaceful and satisfying life.
Tri-State Psychotherapy was founded in 2019 by Ana Finney, MSW, LICSW with the purpose of providing mindful and holistic psychotherapy services to residents of the tristate area.

Q: What insurance do you accept?
A: We accept the following insurance: Blue Cross & Blue Shield (Highmark of WV, Federal, Anthem, CareFirst, PPO Plans), Aetna, Evernorth Behavioral Health (Cgina, Meritain Health), UMR (PEIA), Optum/United Health Care (GEHA, ALLSAVERS, UMR, PPO Plans), The Health Plan, Medicare (including Medicare supplemental plans), WV Medicaid (Unicare, Aetna Better Health, The Health Plan, WV Chip), and Humana Military (Tricare).
Q: Do you offer tele-health sessions?
A: We do offer tele-health sessions, if permitted by your insurance company. Please let us know if you would prefer tele-health rather than in-person sessions.
Q: What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?
A: We're continuing to follow CDC and WV guidelines with regard to COVID-19. Here are some protocols we are taking to maintain safety: 1. Client appointments are spaced out to allow for cleaning and spraying surfaces. 2. Sessions are conducted ten feet apart. 3. We have hand sanitizer available at several locations in the office, please utilize it. 4. We provide tele-health sessions, if permitted by your insurance company. Please let us know if you would prefer tele-health rather than in-person sessions. 5. Please contact us ASAP when you're not feeling well or if you have tested positive for COVID-19. 6. Please feel free to let us know what your comfort level is with regard to masks.
